Booking Policies

Cancellation and reservations:
FREE rate

- When booking the FREE rate the cancellation is free of charge until 2 days pior to the day of arrival, to ensure the reservation after 6pm on arrival day, the hotel will request payment of 1 night deposit. Except for the period from 1st June to 10th September, when cancellation is free of charge up to 10 days before arrival date. After this period one night will be charged.

- During the period from the 21st June to 10th September a deposit of 30% of the total stay will be requested by sending a secure Reduniq link, by bank transfer, paypal or by MBAY. This deposit is only returned if the customer cancels 10 or more days prior to teh day of arrival. If you cancel 10 days or less days from arrival, the deposit is retained.

- In case of no-show - the deposit made will not be refunded.

Cancellation
Non-refundable in case of cancellation or no show. Rescheduling available.
Low season (from 01/01 to 20/06 and from 11/09 to 31/12): Reschedule free of charge until 2 days prior to day of arrival.
High season (from 21/06 to 10/09): Reschedule free of charge up to 10 days before check-in.

Payment of the full amount at the time of booking. Payment can be made throught a secure link from Reduniq, by bank transfer, paypal or MBWAY.
Payment details will be sent by the hotel.

Children and extra beds:
- Children up to 2 years old: free
- Cot bookings are on request and subject to confirmation of availability

Others:
- Check-in time 04.00pm
- Check-out time at 11am
- Pets not allowed

- Non smoking hotel (except in authorized zones)

-Private free parking at the hotel

- Stag or Hen: The Eden Resort is not a recommended place for these events, and they will not be allowed

- All guests must present passport / id card at check-in, including children

- City Tax: 2€ per night and per person over the age of 13, up to a maximum of 7 nights, from 1st April to 31st October.
