Booking Policies
Cancellations and reservations:
Free fare
- When booking the FREE rate, cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date. To guarantee the reservation, after 6 PM on the check-in day, the hotel will request a deposit equivalent to the first night. Except during the period from June 1st to September 10th, when cancellation is free up to 10 days before the arrival date.
In case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge 30% of the total reservation amount.
In case of no-show, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation.
Payment
- Between June 21st and September 10th, a deposit of 30% of your total booking amount will be requested via a secure Reduniq link, bank transfer, PayPal, or MBAY. This deposit will only be refunded if the client cancels 10 days or more before arrival. If you cancel 10 days or less before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
- In cases of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
SMART Tariff
Non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Rescheduling available.
Low season (from 01/01 to 20/06 and from 11/09 to 31/12): Reschedule free of charge up to 2 days before check-in.
Peak season (June 21st to September 10th): Reschedule free of charge up to 10 days before check-in.
Payment of the full amount at the time of booking via a secure Reduniq link, by bank transfer or by MBAY.
Special offers have specific cancellation policies, so they should be consulted individually.
All prices mentioned include VAT at the applicable rate.
Children and extra beds:
Children up to 2 years old: free stay.
Crib reservations are made upon request and are subject to availability confirmation.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time is 11:00 AM
- Unauthorized animals
- Non-smoking hotel (except in designated areas)
Free parking at the hotel.
- Bachelor/Bachelorette parties: Eden Resort is not a recommended venue for these events, and they will not be permitted.
All guests, including children, must bring their respective identification documents.
- Municipal tourist tax: €2 per night per person over 13 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 nights, from April to October (inclusive).
